This week Pastor Matt continues in our new sermon series in 1 and 2 Thessalonians. He teaches out of 1 Thessalonians 2:13-16. The great stumbling block to domesticate the gospel is comfort. The insidious idol of comfort reigns in our culture and teaches us false gospels. When the true gospel of God takes root in us, it enables us to suffer, to be uncomfortable, and to do what Christians do.
